LST Returns & Refund Policy
At LST, we take great pride in offering high-quality hair extensions, ponytails, and accessories. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair products that have been opened, used, or altered.
- Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used hair extensions and ponytails.
- Hair care products and accessories that have been worn.
- Custom orders, services, and sale/clearance items.
Return Process
- To request a return, please contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Items must be returned to our designated return center: 10, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
